Nephomancy

Terms of Service

Last updated 3 November 2026

These terms apply when you use Nephomancy at nephomancy.com (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

Nephomancy is operated by Dave Holliday, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at hello@nephomancy.com.

2. What Nephomancy is, and is not

Nephomancy is for entertainment and reflection. You photograph the sky and an AI system writes a short, personalised reading in the spirit of cloud divination (nephomancy).

3. Your account

4. Your photos and content

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, do not: use bots or scripts to access it; try to get around the daily limits, human check or other safeguards; attempt to disrupt, overload or break into the service; scrape or resell readings; or use the service to harass or harm anyone.

6. The free plan

The free plan includes a limited number of readings per day. A “day” is your own local calendar day. We may change these limits, and the features of each plan, from time to time.

7. Plus subscriptions

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. It relies on third-party services, including AI models. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.

9. Our responsibility to you

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where that is reasonable.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and we will email subscribers about significant changes. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring a claim in your home country and to rely on its mandatory consumer protections.
